Designed for applications without built-in batteries, this relay draws power from current transformers (CTs) and provides the necessary tripping pulse energy to the circuit breaker.

This warranty encompasses all instances of product malfunction or failure due to inherent manufacturing flaws, with the exception of intentional damage.
📝Claim Process:
To avail of warranty services, please notify us of any quality-related issues within the warranty period. We may conduct online troubleshooting and examination as needed.
🚚Shipping Assistance:
We understand the importance of prompt service. Therefore, we cover return shipping costs for warranty-related returns within the first month of supply. Within three months of supply, we cover one-way shipping costs for warranty-related returns. After three months, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
