It conditions the signals to provide various vibration and position measurements and compares the conditioned signals with user-programmable alarms. Each channel of the 3500/42M can be individually programmed using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software to perform functions such as radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, eccentricity, REBAM*, acceleration, velocity, shaft absolute, and circular acceptance region.
