ABB Advocates for Automation Adoption in Auto Supply Chain: A Global Survey Insight

ABB Robotics, u suradnji s Automotive Manufacturing Solutions (AMS), naručio je istraživanje širom svijeta koje naglašava ključnu ulogu automatizacije u budućnosti automobilske industrije. Međutim, otkriva da mnogi subjekti u opskrbnom lancu tek trebaju iskoristiti potencijal robotike i digitalizacije.

Prema ABB-u, velika većina ispitanika (97%) predviđa da će automatizacija i robotika revolucionirati automobilsku industriju u sljedećih pola desetljeća. Slično, 96% predviđa da će softver, digitalizacija i upravljanje podacima imati jednak učinak.

Što se tiče tempa ulaganja, konsenzus je da su novi proizvođači originalne opreme (OEM) i novoosnovana poduzeća vodeći, s 38% ulaganja "vrlo dobro", a 28% "prilično dobro". Slijede naslijeđeni OEM-ovi, a 31% smatra da "vrlo dobro" prihvaća automatizaciju.

Međutim, istraživanje ukazuje na zaostatak u nižim razinama opskrbnog lanca, sa samo 7% ispitanika koji vjeruju da dobavljači razine 2 ulažu adekvatno, a samo 3% za dobavljače razine 3.

Joerg Reger, generalni direktor ABB Robotics Automotive Business Line, izjavio je: “Automatizacija je tradicionalno bila domena najvećih proizvođača. Međutim, ABB-ov opsežan portfelj, koji uključuje kolaborativne robote (kobote), velike industrijske robote i autonomne mobilne robote pokretane umjetnom inteligencijom, a sve pokreću vrhunska softverska rješenja, može odgovoriti na izazove s kojima se suočavaju čak i najmanji proizvođači. Automatizacija može poboljšati otpornost, fleksibilnost i učinkovitost manjih tvrtki.”

Anketa ABB-a prikupila je širok raspon mišljenja od gotovo 400 stručnjaka iz industrije, uključujući proizvođače vozila, dobavljače, stručnjake za upravljanje i inženjering te druge ključne osobe u svijetu automobila.
